Position Overview
The Enrollment Technician will assist with operations at the Enrollment Center, focusing on registration and enrollment processes. This role involves report preparation, data analysis, and procedural development to enhance the district's Expand Afterschool programs. The candidate will actively engage with families to facilitate intake application completion, registration, and enrollment processes for district and partner after-school programs, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the Enrollment Center's registration and enrollment procedures under general supervision.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis to inform program operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate, current spreadsheets to track student offers, enrollment statuses, and program capacities.
- Communicate effectively with school site staff, program personnel, and families to provide updates, answer questions, and build a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Equivalent to an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree or higher education.
- At least five years of experience demonstrating proficiency with Word/Google Docs, database applications or Student Information systems, Excel/Google Sheets, PDF applications, cloud-based and web-based applications, Outlook, and other related software.
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible clerical experience.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
