Job Summary
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee contracts, overseeing Saudi Arabia labor-related platforms, and handling daily HR operational tasks to guarantee full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and facilitate effective employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage government labor platforms such as Qiwa (handling contracts and transfers), Muqeem (managing Iqamas and visas), GOSI (employee registrations), MUDAD (WPS compliance), and Absher.
- Monitor contract expiry dates, prepare and process contract renewals, and ensure authenticated contracts are uploaded to Qiwa 60 to 90 days before their expiration.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities including issuing HR documents like salary certificates and No Objection Certificates (NOCs), supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating End of Service Benefit (EOSB) clearances.
- Address employee inquiries and grievances, assist in achieving Saudization (Nitaqat) objectives, and ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in HR or employee relations within Saudi Arabia.
- Practical proficiency with Saudi labor platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MUDAD, and Absher.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, in spoken and written forms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
