EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner

Overview

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team that supports AI Data Service and Operations, focusing on recruiting talent across various business units throughout the EMEA region. Responsibility includes managing the entire recruitment cycle and enhancing hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of recruitment needs and collaborate with business leaders to shape hiring strategies tailored to different geographic markets.
• Implement streamlined recruitment procedures that prioritize an excellent candidate journey, ensuring the attraction of top candidates and achievement of recruitment targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, closing offers, and overseeing onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with leaders across countries, business units, and local operations to align with regional recruitment best practices.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and best practice documentation to optimize recruitment effectiveness and output.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree as minimum educational qualification.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment either in-house or through an agency setting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with employees and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Self-driven, results-focused, resourceful, innovative, curious, and proactive in taking initiative and calculated risks.
• Experience in the hi-tech industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment and hold a passion for the industry.
