Role Overview
Madras Coffee House is seeking a proficient and dependable Electrician to manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems across its café locations in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The selected professional will play a crucial role in ensuring uninterrupted electrical operations by maintaining equipment functionality and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Duties
- Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems within café venues.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues related to lighting, power distribution, and various equipment.
- Install and service electrical components such as wiring, switches, sockets, distribution boards, and circuit breakers.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage electrical work associated with café appliances including coffee machines, refrigerators, ovens, grinders, and water dispensers.
- Oversee electrical load management to ensure the safe distribution of power.
- Liaise with outlet managers to schedule and communicate maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to urgent breakdowns and restore operations effectively.
- Document maintenance procedures and track spare part usage meticulously.
- Adhere to relevant safety standards and internal company policies related to electrical operations.
