About the Role

We seek a motivated and goal-oriented sales expert with a background in education recruitment or student acquisition to enhance our expanding sales team. This position suits individuals who favor a consultative sales style and are driven by significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with warm leads via outbound calls to develop relationships with prospective students.
• Conduct personalized consultations, both face-to-face and virtually, to understand candidate aspirations and align them with appropriate teacher training programs.
• Leverage social media platforms to advertise courses, attract potential candidates, and cultivate online relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of sales experience with a proven record of successful deal closures.
• Preferably experienced in education recruitment, student acquisition, or sales acquisition.
• A customer-focused, relationship-building sales approach emphasizing trust and candidate needs over product pushing.
• Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-moving work environment.
• Excellent communication abilities and aptitude for nurturing professional relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: £26,000 per annum.
