E-Commerce Specialist

About the Role

Segadty, a prominent brand in Saudi Arabia specializing in carpets, rugs, and outdoor/camping mats, is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Specialist based in Riyadh. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for managing and expanding our online store presence and marketplaces with the goal of boosting sales across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and update the online e-commerce store using platforms like Zid or Salla, including adding and editing product information such as descriptions, images, prices, and categories.
• Manage the brand's visibility on marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol by uploading products, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and handling customer reviews.
• Ensure all product data is accurate, high-quality, and complies with the respective platform policies and listing guidelines.
• Optimize product content and listings to enhance visibility, improve search ranking, and increase conversion rates both on the store and marketplaces.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media and paid advertising campaigns aimed at driving traffic and increasing sales.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies, offers, and activities on various platforms and provide recommendations to improve competitiveness.
• Regularly analyze sales and performance reports and coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure inventory listings match actual stock levels.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce storefronts through Zid or Salla platforms.
• Familiarity with managing accounts on major marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, or similar.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and paid advertising techniques.
• Meticulous attention to detail for maintaining high-quality and accurate product listings.
• Analytical abilities to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage time efficiently.
