E-commerce Operations Specialist (Retail)

About the Position

We are currently seeking an AI Analyst for a US-based retail project. This short-term contract spans 20 weeks, offering $15.3 per hour in a fully remote setup. The role requires up to 40 working hours weekly, including a minimum 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Key Duties

• Review AI-generated content, leveraging data from Google Workspace tools.
• Judge AI output based on relevance, accuracy, personalization, and completeness.
• Spot gaps in context, erroneous details, or off-topic answers.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback and submit evaluations as required.
• Adhere strictly to project standards and guidelines during all assessment activities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and maintain data privacy throughout the assignment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in analysis, evaluation, or knowledge-centric roles.
• Residency within the United States is mandatory.
• Active and regular user of Google Workspace with Gmail as the primary email.
• Familiarity and daily use of Google Drive, Calendar, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable systematically evaluating AI-generated responses according to set criteria.
• Availability to grant necessary Google Workspace permissions and commit to 40 hours per week with required PST overlap.
