E-commerce Operations Executive

Overview

We seek an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to efficiently manage order processing, product listings, catalog maintenance, and backend e-commerce workflows. This role demands ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple marketplaces and the company’s website, with emphasis on accurate catalogue data and timely fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing from online marketplaces and the company website.
• Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and order manifests accurately.
• Create and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and others, ensuring detailed titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords, and proper category classification.
• Maintain catalogue integrity by regularly updating pricing, inventory, variations, specifications, and product content.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt dispatch of orders.
• Handle order cancellations, returns (including Return to Origin), refunds, and product replacements effectively.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to orders with efficiency.
• Ensure accurate SKU mapping, synchronize stock levels, and update inventory to avoid overselling scenarios.
• Coordinate corrections in catalogues, including images, titles, attributes, and variations.
• Monitor the health of listings and enforce compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated previous experience in order management, product listing, catalog maintenance, and e-commerce backend operations.
• Practical expertise with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for managing data and reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical and follow-up capabilities.
• Quick adaptability with a result-driven execution approach.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 23,000.
