About Everyday Coffee Company and Role Overview

Everyday Coffee Company, a proud franchise partner of Dunkin', is expanding aggressively with plans to launch new locations in major retailers across the United States over the next five years. We are seeking an experienced and motivated District Manager to oversee multiple quick service restaurant (QSR) locations. This role is essential in opening new sites, ensuring operational excellence, mentoring teams, and achieving solid financial outcomes throughout all stores.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and support Store Managers and their staff to build strong teams.
Promote a work environment based on accountability, mutual respect, constructive feedback, and high performance standards.
Create and implement succession planning and talent development strategies.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, construction timelines, health and safety regulations, and permit requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between Brand, Construction, Retailer, and Everyday Coffee Company to drive continuous process enhancements.
Track customer satisfaction scores and introduce improvements where needed.
Make frequent store visits and audits to maintain consistent operations.
Control labor and food expenses to align with budget goals.
Stimulate sales through local marketing efforts and promotional activities.
Manage cash handling and banking processes for all locations.
Execute new product launches and promotional campaigns as instructed.
Analyze performance metrics and devise plans to address any shortcomings.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support overarching business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multiple restaurant units, especially in quick service restaurants, grocery retail, or Dunkin' franchises; experience overseeing large geographic areas and managing remote teams is preferred.
Demonstrated success in reaching operational and financial targets.
Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, coaching, and problem resolution.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Possession of a valid driver’s license with readiness to travel frequently between stores.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including day trips and overnight stays, to various operational zones.

Additional Information

It is important to note that employment will be with a Dunkin' franchisee, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. Franchisees operate independently, determining their own employee compensation and benefits, which may vary.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range from $60,000 to $80,000 with potential for a 20% performance bonus.
