Position Overview

The Dishwasher is essential for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by thoroughly cleaning all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment. This role supports smooth kitchen operations and helps ensure a sanitary food preparation environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all kitchenware including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dish washing area, floors, and storage spaces.
• Assist in removing trash and recycling materials when needed.
• Replenish clean kitchen items to their designated places throughout the kitchen.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team with general cleaning and occasional food preparation tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dishwasher or in kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be capable of standing for prolonged shifts and lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to cleanliness and safety.
