About the Role
This full-time position as a Digital Transformation / Business Analyst is located in Singapore River within the Central Singapore Community Development Council. The role offers a hybrid work format, allowing employees to alternate between working on-site and from home during the week.
The primary responsibility is to analyze existing business workflows and systems to identify areas for digital modernization. The analyst will support the design and execution of technology-based solutions, collaborating closely with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Develop clear reports and presentations to aid in decision-making.
- Monitor ongoing project progress and assist with managing changes related to technology adoption.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate data patterns and support recommendations based on evidence.
- Experience in business analysis including requirement documentation and solution assessment.
- Proficiency in creating business process models and workflow diagrams, proposing enhancements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation preparation.
- Experienced in managing business requirements for digital systems or platforms.
- Exposure to digital transformation projects, change management, or IT implementations is beneficial.
- Familiar with business analysis standards like BPMN, writing user stories, and process mapping tools.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a similar discipline or possesses equivalent experience.
- Efficient in balancing priorities and tasks in a hybrid working environment.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and works collaboratively toward problem-solving.
