Job Responsibilities

• Design unique and commercially appealing print patterns suitable for women's and men's fabric collections.
• Create seasonal print design collections that reflect current market trends and uphold brand identity.
• Develop various types of prints including floral, placement, ethnic motifs, conversational, geometrical, and abstract designs.
• Produce digital and screen print artwork tailored for a range of apparel categories such as kurtis, dresses, coordinated sets, and sarees.
• Conduct research on both international and domestic fashion trends, color palettes, and fabric innovations to inspire designs.
• Prepare detailed colorways, repeats, and layouts essential for the production process.
• Liaise with merchandising, sampling, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and ensure precision in print details and color fidelity throughout development stages.
• Organize and maintain print design libraries and archives for future reference and project continuity.
