The focus is on developing marketing campaign assets, digital advertisements, email creatives, and the landing pages these campaigns drive to. Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and landing web pages from concept through deployment, prioritizing performance and conversion.
  • Critically evaluate page layouts, content hierarchy, and calls to action aligning with campaign objectives and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to analyze page performance, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Work alongside developers by providing well-documented, build-ready designs.
  • Create compelling digital and UI design assets for landing pages, website materials, social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
  • Manage multiple briefs effectively, balancing speed, consistency, and precision.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining design libraries and systems to ensure brand consistency and team efficiency.
  • Stay informed on design trends and emerging tools, integrating relevant innovations into team practices.

Candidate Profile

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing creative (social, display, email) and web design.
  • Expertise in Figma as the primary collaborative design tool.
  • Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to facilitate effective developer communication.
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and how design influences user action beyond aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Some experience or familiarity with conversion rate optimization and performance-focused design principles, including A/B testing.
  • Three to five years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing, agency, or fast-growth technology environments.
