Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join the Health Agency vertical as Development/Relationship Managers. This role is centered on sales development and managing insurance agents to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, and supervision of insurance agents and advisors
• Boost sales performance through the agency channel
• Inspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Organize regular meetings and conduct performance assessments

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales; prior insurance or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
