Overview

At Lidl Ireland, our mission is to create an exceptional shopping experience for all customers, whether at our Head Office or on the shop floor. We're seeking a Deputy Store Manager committed to leading by example and advancing their career with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations.
  • Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Lead, inspire, and cultivate the store team.
  • Ensure high standards of shop floor presentation.
  • Keep stock levels sufficiently maintained.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completion of the Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of management experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
  • Strong enthusiasm for multitasking, targeting objectives, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability and adaptability to work varied shift patterns.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the right approach.

Remuneration and Benefits
