Overview

Big Basket is urgently seeking enthusiastic delivery bike riders to join their team in Mumbai. There are opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles. Interested candidates should have their own motorcycle and a smartphone to operate on the delivery routes.

Compensation and Schedule

The earning potential includes weekly payments starting from 10,500 INR plus additional incentives, equating to monthly earnings upwards of 40,000 INR with incentives. The available shifts are 05:30 AM, 09:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 03:00 PM. The work schedule is six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels promptly to customers after picking them up from nearby stores.
• Navigate routes efficiently using Google Maps and smartphone navigation tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the delivery vehicle.
• Collect payments from customers when necessary.
• Ensure excellent quality of service to customers during deliveries.
• Be prepared to operate within the Mumbai area and relocate duties if required.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants can be 10th pass or fail but must possess basic knowledge of Google Maps and smartphone use.
• Must hold a valid driving license (DL) with a clean driving record.
• Need to provide identification and related documents: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Learner’s License (LLR), PAN Card, and passbook.
• Ready to work six days per week as per assigned schedule.
• 0 to 2 years of prior experience in a similar delivery role is preferred but not mandatory.
