Role Overview

Quik Hire Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time Human Data Manager position focused on ensuring the quality and accuracy of datasets used in AI model training and evaluation. This role involves verifying annotated data, enhancing data pipelines, and supporting improvements in machine learning data processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews and validations of human-labeled datasets to maintain consistency and accuracy for AI training purposes.
Detect and resolve inconsistencies in data annotations by referencing original source materials and established guidelines.
Work collaboratively with different teams to refine annotation protocols and enhance quality control standards.
Track and analyze labeling performance metrics to monitor progress and uncover patterns.
Document workflows, including data sources, annotation criteria, and quality verification procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with knowledge of fundamental data validation methods.
Ability to consistently follow detailed procedural guidelines for data tasks.
Basic familiarity with AI and machine learning principles, particularly regarding the importance of high-quality training data.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software or data management applications for tracking and organizing datasets.
