Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent Data Entry Operator proficient in Advanced Excel to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves handling large volumes of data with precision and generating timely reports to support business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data into Excel sheets and internal company databases.
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Manage extensive data sets ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Utilize advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables to organize and analyze data effectively.
Conduct data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation tasks to maintain data integrity.
Keep thorough records and documentation related to data and reporting activities.
Collaborate with other internal departments to fulfill data and report requests promptly.
Complete all assigned responsibilities within established deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

A graduate or diploma holder in any discipline.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience working in Data Entry, MIS reporting, or utilizing Advanced Excel functions.

Skills and Competencies

Strong command of Advanced Excel capabilities.
Familiarity with complex Excel formulas and pivot table creation.
Good typing speed coupled with precise data entry skills.
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Effective communication and coordination skills for interdepartmental collaboration.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is between 15,000 and 20,000 INR per month.
