Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry / MIS Executive to join our team at Indiejewel Fashions Private Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves precise data management and reporting to support the company's operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data using Excel, ERP systems, or other internal software applications.
• Compile and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage records related to production, inventory, attendance, and HR as required by the company.
• Ensure data correctness by verifying entries and rectifying discrepancies promptly.
• Create reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide insights for management decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and keep information up to date.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation while safeguarding confidential company data.
• Perform routine data validation and upkeep of records to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in audit processes by furnishing accurate reports and relevant documentation.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Compensation and Other Details

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 15000 and 18000 INR. The work location is onsite in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
