Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Contract Administrator to join our client's team in Riyadh. The selected individual will oversee the management, coordination, and administration of contract documentation, ensuring strict adherence to project and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage contract records ensuring accuracy, up-to-dateness, and proper control.
  • Coordinate the drafting, review, issuance, and tracking of contracts, contract amendments, variations, and related paperwork.
  • Maintain detailed document registers, logs, trackers, and filing systems aligned with project and organizational standards.
  • Monitor contractual correspondence, submissions, approvals, and deadlines to guarantee timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with project teams, commercial, procurement, legal, engineering departments, and clients regarding contract-related activities.
  • Ensure distribution and accessibility of contractual documents and correspondence among all relevant parties.
  • Track revisions, approvals, transmittals, and pending actions related to contract documents.
  • Provide support in preparing contract reports, status updates, and management summaries.
  • Assist in managing change orders, claims, variations, and other contractual operations as required.
  • Guarantee compliance with document control, contractual obligations, and internal governance guidelines.
  • Identify and address gaps or inconsistencies in documentation by liaising with concerned stakeholders.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and maintain integrity of sensitive contract and project information.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Document Control, preferably in sectors like construction, engineering, infrastructure, EPC, or large projects.
  • Prior experience in Contract Administration or similar commercial/project coordination roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of document control processes including registers, transmittals, revisions, and approval workflows.
  • Experience handling extensive volumes of contractual and project documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel; familiarity with document management systems is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently within deadlines.
  • Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council region is an asset.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
