Data Annotator (AI Model Assessment Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Model Assessment Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. This remote position involves evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content across multiple fields to help improve and fine-tune AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the performance and precision of AI-produced outputs in diverse subject areas.
• Provide comprehensive, constructive critiques to guide enhancements to AI models.
• Interpret complex datasets and review model-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to project objectives.
• Detect patterns, discrepancies, and subtle details in AI responses through advanced comprehension and meticulous observation.
• Effectively communicate insights and results with team members both verbally and in writing.
• Deliver user-level expert input by simulating real-world tasks to assess the utility and effectiveness of the models.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency corresponding to C1 or C2 standards.
• Exceptional reading comprehension and analytical reasoning skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to notice nuanced differences.
• Capability to offer precise, actionable feedback grounded in subject matter knowledge.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.

Additional Information

• Position is contract-based and fully remote.
• Compensation ranges between $22 to $70 per hour, depending on skill and experience.
• Weekly commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours.
