Role Overview

Join us as a Data Analyst working full-time, either from Landau or remotely. In this position, you will gather, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources such as marketing, sales, CRM, and web platforms to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregate and structure data from various systems including marketing, sales, CRM, and website platforms.
Create detailed reports and visual dashboards that provide clear insights to support decision-making.
Detect trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize campaigns, processes, and overall strategies.
Conduct KPI analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support the design and evaluation of experiments such as A/B tests.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency at all times.
Collaborate closely with marketing, performance teams, and management to promote data-driven decisions.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance data utilization to accelerate growth.

Candidate Profile

Strong analytical skills paired with a sound understanding of numbers.
Experience using data analysis and visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
Previous exposure to marketing, sales, or business contexts is beneficial.
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Completed academic degree in computer science, statistics, or related discipline.
Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
