About the Role

Candid Health is seeking a Data Analyst dedicated to improving operational efficiency, product scalability, and decision-making processes through data-driven strategies. This position involves conducting essential analyses and developing solutions that empower engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver innovative healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis across various stakeholder needs, creating analytics and visuals that guide business decisions.
• Develop and provide self-service tools and operational workflows to enhance internal team efficiency and autonomy.
• Create reliable, scalable data models tailored for Candid Health’s clients, directly contributing to client value.
• Manage and maintain business intelligence reporting and visualization platforms to ensure data accuracy and easy accessibility.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or any data-intensive discipline such as Library Science.
• Brings over four years of experience in large-scale data handling, including analysis, ETL processes, and automation.
• Possesses at least three years of practical experience with major data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Exhibits advanced SQL skills applicable to complex data environments.
• Understands diverse user requirements for data and can design appropriate insights and tools accordingly.
• Thrives in ambiguous settings and is motivated by impactful, complex challenges.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, simplifying complex concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Has experience or familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Metabase, Terraform, Python, and DBT.

Compensation and Additional Information

The annual base salary is estimated between $135,000 and $180,000 USD, subject to adjustment based on skills, experience, and performance. Compensation may also include equity options and employee benefits, reflecting the company's emphasis on long-term value. Candid Health maintains a flat organizational structure with varied experience levels within roles.
