Job Overview

The role invites skilled Cybersecurity Analysts passionate about discovering and countering security vulnerabilities. The position involves auditing systems for risks, monitoring networks to detect breaches, developing security frameworks, and collaborating with teams to embed robust cybersecurity practices.

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive security audits and assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities and risks.
• Oversee systems and network activities to detect security incidents and provide timely responses.
• Design and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain strong defenses.
• Work alongside diverse teams to implement and integrate cybersecurity measures into operational workflows.
• Keep abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies, applying new methods to protect assets.
• Educate and support team members on cybersecurity best practices to enhance organizational awareness.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a similar discipline.
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity analysis and incident management.
• Familiarity with key security tools and technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in ethical hacking and vulnerability testing.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience within security teams.

• Annual salary ranging from $170,000 to $220,000.
