Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join a high-performing team within our B2B sales division based in Ireland. Candidates must live permanently in Ireland. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage closely with senior management and build rapport with C-level executives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in Account Management, SaaS Customer Success, or Sales roles.
  • Solid technical proficiency related to software integrations such as SSO and Directory services, along with onboarding and support experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and anticipation of customer challenges.
  • Experience interacting and selling to enterprise clients, including C-level, IT, and cybersecurity leaders.
  • Strong personal ownership, autonomy, and commitment to delivering customer value.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, team-oriented with creativity in problem-solving.
  • Quick learner of software products and business applications.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
