About the Role
We are recruiting full-time remote Customer Service Representatives to support a leading Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. This position is ideal for candidates with medical insurance experience who enjoy assisting patients and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support for prescription benefits inquiries.
- Verify and update patient information.
- Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound calls as needed to address patient concerns.
- Collect and assess patient billing and medical data.
- Follow federal healthcare program regulations and guidelines strictly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a call center environment with no exceptions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient confidentiality standards is a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry.
- Access to a private, quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Ability to consistently work full scheduled shifts without interruptions.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills related to remote work challenges.
- Mandatory high-speed wired internet connection; mobile hotspots are not accepted.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Adherence to all company KPIs and policies.
Schedule and Compensation
- Work hours are Monday through Saturday with shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST.
- Hourly compensation is $16/hour with weekly pay and benefits.
- Equipment required for work will be shipped directly to the employee.
- Start date anticipated in August or September 2026.
