Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, Portugal, working in an international setting. The position includes a relocation bonus and is designed for candidates seeking a 12-month overseas assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely support to customers.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Work according to company processes, quality expectations, and compliance rules.
• Record customer conversations and keep internal systems up to date.
• Partner with internal teams to handle more complex cases when needed.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal, support is available with the administrative steps needed to obtain the NIF and NISS. Assistance is also provided to help find housing that matches the candidate’s needs.

A relocation bonus of €2,500 gross is paid with the first payroll cycle for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal. Candidates already in Portugal may receive a €1,500 gross relocation support amount if they are located 100 km or more away from Lisbon.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants are native or fluent speakers of one European language such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or a Nordic language. A basic to intermediate command of English is also needed, at B1 level or above. Candidates should be ready to relocate to Lisbon for at least 12 months and be comfortable working in a structured, international environment. A customer-focused attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are important.

Training and Growth

Previous customer service experience is not required, as full training will be provided. The role offers paid training, ongoing learning, and the chance to build customer service and communication skills that can support future international career opportunities.
