Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Executives for an inbound call role based in Gurgaon. Candidates must communicate effectively in English and be ready to work from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over inbound calls, providing attentive support and assistance.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries and issues with professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must have a proficient command of English for communication purposes; Hindi-speaking candidates are not eligible.
- Open to freshers and experienced individuals.
- Education level of 12th pass, undergraduates, or graduates is acceptable.
- Must be able to join immediately and be willing to work fixed day shifts six days a week.
- Should be prepared to work on-site in Gurgaon.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
