About the Role
This position involves providing customer service in a blended process model consisting of 50% voice calls and 50% email correspondence. The role requires handling customer inquiries related to banking operations with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone and email communication channels.
- Resolve issues effectively while adhering to prescribed service level agreements and company guidelines.
- Ensure communication maintains professionalism and results in high customer satisfaction levels.
- Update and maintain customer account information in accordance with processes.
- Achieve set quality standards and productivity benchmarks.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Both freshers and individuals with experience are welcome to apply.
- Must have a Versant English proficiency score of V3 or V4.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Proficient communication abilities in English and Hindi are required.
Compensation
- Freshers: Monthly salary of 15,000 INR with Versant score V3.
- Experienced Professionals: Minimum of 6 months experience in Email Support required.
- Experienced salary package: Total CTC of 21,338 INR per month, with an in-hand amount of approximately 19,500 INR monthly.
