Role overview
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Pluralsight’s Professional Services group, you’ll help customers get up and running quickly with the platform. Your work will center on setup, enablement, and launch support, making sure customers have the guidance they need to start successfully. This position calls for excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage as many as 15 onboarding projects at the same time while keeping momentum high and responding promptly to customer needs.
You’ll be part of an onboarding team that focuses on creating great customer experiences and supporting organizations as they build skills with Pluralsight. The team values collaboration, celebrates progress, and takes pride in helping others learn and grow.
What you’ll handle
- Move customers through a structured, fast-moving onboarding journey with an emphasis on early value and milestone completion.
- Run kickoff discussions, enablement meetings, and launch planning conversations that help customers adopt the platform.
- Support foundational setup tasks such as license allocation, permissions configuration, and engagement planning.
- Deliver training sessions for administrators, managers, and learners on platform features and usage.
- Help customers build and execute a launch plan that encourages strong initial participation.
- Monitor onboarding status, keep customers engaged, and adjust recommendations to fit changing needs.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to keep onboarding aligned and ensure a smooth handoff after onboarding ends.
What you bring
- Background in customer training, enablement, or instructional delivery.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS tools and comfort navigating enterprise software.
- Ability to juggle multiple onboarding workstreams and prioritize effectively.
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills to keep customers aligned with timelines.
- Clear written and spoken communication, with the ability to explain platform concepts and best practices to non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to learning technology, customer success, or professional services.
- Experience collaborating across internal teams to support customer outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer engagement in a SaaS setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- The role is remote, but candidates living within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office should plan to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

The annual US base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $95,000 USD. Final pay will depend on location, experience, skills, and other factors, and extra benefits and bonuses may also apply.
