About the Role
Shiv Gang Enterprises is seeking a female Customer Care Executive based in Nangaloi, near Rajdhani Park Metro Station, Delhi. This position focuses on managing customer inquiries and providing timely product assistance to maintain superior customer service through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls as well as WhatsApp and email queries submitted by customers.
- Address complaints effectively while offering detailed product information.
- Keep organized records of all customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics departments to provide up-to-date order information.
- Strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to enhance the brand's reputation.
Requirements
- Strong communication abilities in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Exhibit a courteous, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
- Possess fundamental computer skills and smartphone familiarity.
- Prior customer care experience is advantageous; however, freshers are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
- Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The position is based onsite at 73/7/3, Basement Floor, Landmark Pillar No.463, Near Rajdhani Park Metro Station, West Delhi, 110041.
- Salary range offered is between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 per month.
