Customer Advisor Position Summary

We have an exciting opening for a Customer Advisor at our Croydon Central dealership located at 15 Progress Way, Croydon CR0 4XD. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual aiming to grow their career within a prestigious manufacturer environment, acting as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to ensure a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with both customers and team members to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Utilize new digital tools and processes in line with company digitalization initiatives.
• Promote and sell additional recommended services identified through the Vehicle Health Check.
• Provide quotes and sell service plans aimed at maintaining customer loyalty within the group.
• Encourage and gather customer feedback through exit briefings and follow-up communications.
• Estimate repair costs and timelines when requested by customers.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns related to proposed repairs.
• Provide updates on vehicle status and any additional required work during the service process.
• Prepare and clearly explain invoices and manage payment collection.

Requirements

• A valid full UK driving license is mandatory for this position.
• Prior experience as a Customer Advisor in the automotive sector is essential.
