About the Role

Join Manguard Plus, Ireland's premier privately owned security firm, as a Control Room Operator based in Naas, County Kildare. This permanent, full-time position operates during night shifts, including weekends, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where each night presents unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV feeds, and tracking technologies continuously and respond promptly.
• Coordinate emergency service dispatch and deploy mobile patrols when necessary.
• Perform regular welfare checks on staff to ensure their safety.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date activity logs and reports.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedural guidelines at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years demonstrable professional experience.
• Strong communication skills, especially telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in information technology and administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to multitask under pressure.
• Collaborative team member with a composed and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in an Alarm Receiving Centre or similar control room is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of €17.91, including base pay (€15.41), site allowance (€2.50/hr), €20 night shift allowance, and €1 per hour Sunday allowance.
