Role Overview
Based in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria, this full-time, on-site role supports both the Warri and Abuja offices. The Content Production Officer will craft compelling, brand-aligned content across varied formats such as social media updates, promotional materials, website copy, brochures, flyers, video scripts, presentations, and other print and digital collateral that highlight the company’s travel and tour services.
Collaborating closely with internal departments, the successful candidate will understand service offerings, marketing campaigns, and audience needs to create persuasive content reflecting the company's voice and driving business growth.
Daily Responsibilities
- Research travel trends and customer interests to inform content creation.
- Develop, write, and edit content ensuring accuracy, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with designers and team members for content production.
- Maintain content calendars and libraries.
- Support campaign execution and meet deadlines for communications projects.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to produce clear, persuasive, and consistent content for both digital and print.
- Proficiency with content creation platforms including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Experience in smartphone videography and basic visual content creation is beneficial.
- Strong research, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, English, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service industries is an advantage.
Additional Information
This position is based in Warri with full-time onsite attendance required. Content operations also span the Abuja office. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company’s visibility, professionalism, and customer engagement.
