Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) to boost presence on AI-powered search services.
Track brand visibility, citation metrics, and AI platform rankings, converting these insights into actionable content improvements.
Create and manage AI-assisted content workflows using platforms like Claude for drafting, editing, tagging, and updating content.
Set quality benchmarks and establish review points to maintain accuracy and consistency of AI-generated content aligned with brand standards.
Oversee content update routines to ensure continual relevance and performance of existing content libraries.
Recruit and supervise freelance writers, agencies, video partners, and AI contributors involved in content creation.
Produce comprehensive content briefs, outlines, and editorial instructions for writers and contributors.
Proofread and edit all content before publication ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards.
Provide coaching and actionable feedback to writers aimed at progressive content quality enhancement.
Support growth of digital communities by active participation in relevant online platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to strategize, research, and prioritize topics and formats.

Candidate Requirements

Experienced in using Claude or similar AI tools to develop and refine content workflows.
Solid knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO concepts and their influence on digital content visibility.
Exceptional editorial capabilities including writing, proofreading, and quality assurance.
Background in creating B2B SaaS or technology-focused content preferred.
Well-versed in SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization methods.
Proficient with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Experience managing freelancers, agencies, contractors, or AI-aided content teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of independently handling multiple initiatives.
Effective at providing constructive feedback and coaching contributors to uphold high editorial quality.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills.
Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, AI visibility tools, technical SEO auditing, and tools like Screaming Frog or SurferSEO is advantageous.
Prior involvement in AI-driven content operations or fast-paced digital environments is favorable.
