Role Overview

The position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, focused on supervising daily construction operations. The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively by managing construction activities, coordinating teams, maintaining safety and quality compliance, overseeing budgets, and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders. Key to this role is fostering collaboration among clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in operations and construction management techniques.
• Experience managing budgets and projects with an emphasis on cost control and meeting timelines.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Well-versed in safety regulations, quality assurance, and sustainable building standards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities for managing diverse groups effectively.
• Proven success in delivering construction projects within established budgets and schedules.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of lean building practices and sustainability is considered advantageous.
