Role Overview
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Concierge to join our Front Office team who will serve as a primary point of contact for guests. This role is vital in ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and a memorable stay for all guests. It involves active, hands-on duties including guest services, luggage handling, and assisting in the lobby. The position requires physical activity such as lifting and transporting luggage and being on foot for extended periods during the shift. It is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a bustling hotel setting, and is passionate about delivering sincere and individualized hospitality.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Deliver a welcoming, confident, and guest-centered service approach.
- Exhibit dedication to hospitality and enhancing guests' experiences.
- Regularly perform physical tasks including lifting and moving luggage.
- Operate effectively in a high-energy, active hotel environment.
- Maintain excellent communication abilities and composure during busy periods.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and cooperative within a team.
- Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office roles is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
