Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for delivering the company’s commercial plan by accelerating profitable B2B growth, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening important customer relationships across Singapore.
The position suits an entrepreneurial professional who enjoys creating market opportunities, opening new channels, and driving clear commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Create and close new B2B opportunities across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, fitness, retail, and institutional segments.
- Form partnerships that broaden reach and generate additional revenue.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
- Lead customer presentations, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
- Draft proposals, quotations, and contract-related documents.
Key Account Management
- Develop durable relationships with priority customers and business partners.
- Expand existing accounts through repeat orders and cross-selling.
- Run periodic business reviews to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
Commercial Strategy
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Spot new segments and commercial growth opportunities.
- Recommend pricing, promotions, and channel expansion initiatives.
- Support commercial planning and revenue growth efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Digital Commerce, and Customer Operations teams to create a smooth customer journey.
- Assist with product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and integrated commercial campaigns.

- A strong and steady B2B sales pipeline is established.
- Strategic corporate and institutional accounts are secured.

Qualifications and Experience
Education
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a similar field is preferred.
- Practical commercial experience may be accepted in place of formal qualifications.
Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing customer relationships.
- Background in FMCG, food and beverage, consumer products, wellness, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Exposure to modern trade, corporate sales, distribution, or channel management will be helpful.
