About the Role

Seeking a confident negotiator experienced in handling complex or high-risk debt accounts to join a dynamic organization dedicated to impactful debt recovery. As a High-Risk Recoveries Agent, you will oversee a portfolio of challenging customer debts, collaborating internally and with external agencies to enhance recovery outcomes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-risk customer accounts throughout the entire debt recovery process.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively communicate with customers about overdue balances.
  • Negotiate payment agreements and assist customers in establishing sustainable repayment plans.
  • Work closely with internal departments to escalate and resolve intricate debt cases.
  • Coordinate on tenancy changes and verify essential account information.
  • Engage with external Debt Collection Agencies to facilitate recovery efforts, potentially leading to litigation.
