Overview
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Field Executive to oversee and manage several debt recovery accounts within designated regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits based on assigned cases.
- Efficiently manage various recovery accounts simultaneously.
- Negotiate with customers and secure overdue payments.
- Maintain daily records of visits and collection progress.
- Work closely with the reporting manager ensuring prompt follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Ownership of a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to work actively in the field to meet collection goals.
- Prior experience in debt recovery or field collections is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone applications for reporting purposes.
