Role Overview

This fully remote Co-Founder position offers the opportunity to shape the company’s strategic direction collaboratively with other founding members. Key responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, defining and refining the business model, and leading sales and marketing efforts to generate initial traction. The role also demands establishing strategic partnerships, representing Lumis externally, engaging in fundraising and investor communications, building and managing the core team, setting up operational procedures, and aligning actions with the company's long-term mission.

Note: As a startup without current funding, compensation will be equity-based only.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, evaluate market opportunities, and inform strategic choices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven sales expertise including lead generation, relationship development, and deal-closing in startup environments.
• Marketing experience covering brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and execution of digital or traditional marketing campaigns.
• Research proficiency to gather market intelligence, understand consumer needs, and validate products and business concepts.
• Some programming knowledge, such as coding or vibe-coding.
• Applicants must be under 20 years of age.
