Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Jeddah for a CNC Milling Programmer & Operator. The primary responsibilities encompass programming CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and specifications, setting up machines with appropriate tooling, and executing production runs to ensure precise and efficient results. Daily activities include securing and loading workpieces, monitoring machine functions, adjusting programs and offsets as needed, and carrying out basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Quality inspections of parts for dimensional correctness, documenting production data, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to enhance machining procedures and achieve production objectives are also key duties. The role requires strict compliance with safety protocols and maintaining an orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation, with a solid understanding of tolerances and dimensions.
• Experienced in CNC milling programming and operation using industry-standard software and machine controls.
• Practical skills in machining and milling, including machine setup, tool selection, and operation of CNC milling equipment.
• Familiarity with basic machine maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and quality inspection techniques using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and dedication to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Jeddah, adhere to production timelines, and collaborate well within a manufacturing team.
• Possession of a relevant technical diploma or certification in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering. Previous experience in metal manufacturing is preferred.
