Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our Wangara facility for a full-time afternoon shift. This role offers job security and the opportunity to engage with advanced manufacturing technology in a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Brake Press machinery proficiently.
• Interpret and understand shop drawings accurately.
• Develop machine programs directly on-site.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections, measuring components during and after production.
• Support the evaluation and introduction of new manufacturing processes or technologies.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience operating brake press machines within fabrication or manufacturing environments.
• Possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Holding a Fabrication Trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering) is preferred.
