Role Overview
We seek a Clinical Service Manager to lead and champion quality care delivery at Highfield Lifecare. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, ensure the highest standard of care is maintained, foster relationships with stakeholders, and positively influence residents’ wellbeing every day.
Key Skills and Experience
- Registered Nurse holding a current practicing certificate in New Zealand, preferably with aged care experience.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities, demonstrated by a history of successful relationship building.
- Proven ability to implement best practices alongside knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
- A genuine dedication to caring for others and enhancing residents' lives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
