Clinic Admitting Clerk - Seasons Family (Part-Time)

Role Overview

Seasons Medical Center is looking for a conscientious and meticulous Clinic Admitting Clerk to handle patient admissions using the Cerner Patient Accounting System. This position involves welcoming patients, accurately gathering and entering admission information, directing patients appropriately, and embodying professional values such as integrity, respect, and care as the initial point of contact at Seasons Medical Center under Madisonhealth.

Work Schedule

• Monday: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM

Experience and Skills

Applicants with prior experience in admitting or PBX operations and familiarity with Cerner software are preferred. The role demands exceptional interpersonal communication abilities both written and oral, strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, the capability to work collaboratively within teams or independently, and proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher (or alternatives), and PowerPoint.
