Client Success Manager - Compliance

Overview

Resource Innovations is looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager specialized in Compliance to join our Boston, MA team. This role requires a motivated professional with extensive experience in data analysis and client coordination. The successful candidate will cultivate strong client relationships, lead compliance-related program assessments, analyze data patterns, risks, and identify areas for enhancement. They will manage project timelines and deliverables while providing actionable insights to clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the chief client liaison for compliance projects to foster trusted partnerships and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Examine compliance dashboards and operational metrics to detect trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Create and oversee project plans, monitor deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee timely completion of initiatives.
• Deliver presentations on compliance reviews, critical insights, and strategic advice to clients and internal teams.
• Evaluate program performance and compliance outcomes to recommend improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity.
• Manage concurrent client priorities and encourage collaboration among internal teams and external partners to attain continuous progress and success.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in client success, account/project/program management, consulting, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience overseeing project plans, deliverable tracking, and managing multiple stakeholders across simultaneous projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business, operational, compliance, or program data and propose actionable recommendations.
• Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations to clients, executives, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.

Preferred Skills and Education

• Background in utility, energy efficiency, clean energy, rebate, or compliance program support.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar dashboard and data visualization tools.
• Experience facilitating client meetings and presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and business reviews detailing strategic insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Communications, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits

Resource Innovations offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $75,300 annually, dependent upon candidate skills, experience, and location. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary annual bonus.
