Role Overview

This position is for a hands-on and people-focused Client Service Manager who will manage everyday client relationships and serve as the main bridge between clients and internal teams. The role requires ensuring that work is completed on schedule, stays aligned with the brief, and remains within budget, while also building lasting trust and finding ways to grow each account.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for a set of client accounts and develop dependable, long-term relationships.
• Take client objectives and convert them into structured briefs for the Strategy, Creative, and Performance teams.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and approvals across teams so projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Run recurring client reviews, progress calls, and quarterly business discussions with updates and recommendations.
• Identify potential issues early, handle client concerns, and keep expectations realistic throughout the project.
• Recognize chances to broaden the work scope and assist the sales/growth function with renewals and upsell discussions.
• Keep account records, scope documents, and progress reports accurate and up to date.
• Represent the client’s viewpoint internally and make sure output matches brand goals and quality expectations.

Compensation

The role offers an annual stipend/salary range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000.
