Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable Chilled/Frozen Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will be key to keeping the chilled and frozen section well stocked, tidy, and organized to provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly restock chilled and frozen items maintaining high standards.
- Ensure product displays are neat and shelves are properly faced and organized.
- Assist customers with their questions and direct them to the required products.
- Safely manage delivery handling and stock movement processes within the department.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the work environment.
- Provide support to other areas of the store team as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Positive mindset and a strong dedication to work.
- Reliable with excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Effective communication skills along with quality customer service.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
Working Hours
This full-time role requires 34 hours weekly, scheduled as follows:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Monday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Days off are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Applicants must be able to commit to these specific days and times.
