Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and embed organisation-wide AI-native transformation initiatives. This role emphasizes people-centric change management to ensure the adoption and integration of AI-driven workflows and operating models across the business. The candidate will collaborate closely with Transformation, Technology, People & Culture teams, and senior leadership to convert strategic objectives into actionable behavioural and mindset shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive change management activities linked to the AI-native transformation programme.
- Develop and implement practical change strategies facilitating adoption of AI tools and workflows.
- Perform thorough change impact analyses across roles, skills, workflows, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to embed change plans into delivery schedules.
- Create clear, targeted communications clarifying AI-driven changes and their implications.
- Coach leadership to model change behaviours effectively and manage their teams through transitions.
- Design and coordinate learning initiatives aligned with AI adoption maturity.
- Monitor adoption rates, engagement, and effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Identify and proactively address resistance, change fatigue, and adoption risks.
- Facilitate workshops and forums promoting experimentation and mindset shifts.
- Promote responsible AI usage, ongoing learning, and modern ways of working organisationally.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in change management within complex business and technology transformation contexts.
- Expertise in people-led change management for digital and operational initiatives.
- Familiarity with standard change management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and clarity on AI's organisational impact.
- Capability to design strategies addressing behaviours, skills, and mindset beyond basic communications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership collaboration.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation skills in diverse teams and leadership settings.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones and willingness to travel internationally when needed.
Employment Details
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role with potential for extension. Remote work is permitted with flexibility in scheduling hours.
