About the Company
UrbanEye Surveillance, located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, is seeking motivated and confident field sales professionals to promote their CCTV Live Monitoring Service.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients generated through social media lead campaigns.
- Visit various commercial venues including local shops, jewelry stores, offices, banks, warehouses, and other business locations to develop new sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of CCTV Live Monitoring Service to potential customers and encourage them to subscribe.
- Offer product demonstrations and detailed explanations of the service features.
- Follow up with interested clients in order to successfully close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for customer visits and sales conversion.
- Maintain and submit daily reports documenting customer interactions and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication abilities combined with persuasive skills.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a personal two-wheeler vehicle.
- Familiarity with basic smartphone applications such as WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous, but fresh candidates who are enthusiastic and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Incentives
- Basic fixed monthly pay between ₹7,000 and ₹8,000.
- Additional incentive of ₹500 awarded for each confirmed client subscription, with no maximum earning cap.
